Job description:

B.I.G. is looking for a fluent Arabic- English speaking Customer Support specialist with excellent communication skills to join our Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing prompt and courteous assistance to our Arabic speaking customers via email and chat.

Job responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for handling all incoming web chats during the shift
  • In charge of outbound email correspondence with players
  • Accepting and dispatching documents in teams of KYC
  • Retaining the Customers and reporting suspicious activities on the website
  • Ability to work evening, night and morning shifts
  • Stay up to date on company policies, products and promotions

Required qualifications

Requirements:

  • Excellent written Arabic communication skills
  • Advanced knowledge of English
  • Previous Customer Service experience is preferred
  • Strong problem solving abilities and ability to work under pressure
  • Proficient in using customer support software and Microsoft Office applications


Required candidate level: Senior
