Job description:

We are looking for a qualified, customer oriented B2B customer service specialist who will keep communication with clients and provide fast and useful assistance to technical issues.

Job responsibilities


  • Keep communication with clients through a series of actions: via phone, email, until the technical issue is solved.
  • Research and identify solutions to software and hardware issues.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including account setup.
  • Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams
  • Ensure all issues are properly logged.
  • Provide daily reporting to the technical support team responsible.
  • Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure the IT systems are fully functional after troubleshooting.

  • Hands-on experience with Windows
  • BS degree in relevant field
