Job responsibilities
- proceed customer applications submitted through online systems;
- implement transactions by fast money transfer systems;
- implement other online services provided by the Bank;
- reply to messages sent by clients via online systems;
- in case of any problems with the online systems contact the customer and quickly fix the;
- in case of suspicious transactions or rejected ones, contact the customer and provide details about the rejection ability to navigate and be successful in a fast-paced environment;
- implement other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Required qualifications
- university degree in economics or finance;
- at least a year's professional experience in the field;
- excellent command of Armenian banking legislation;
- good knowledge of AS-Bank 4.0 software program;
- negotiation and conflict management skills;
- customer-oriented approach;
- ability to navigate and be successful in a fast-paced environment;
- excellent command of Russian and English.
