Job responsibilities
- Financial Management Implementation: Implement financial management practices to ensure effective resource allocation and financial control.
- Cash Flow Planning and Management: Develop and manage cash flow plans to optimize liquidity and ensure financial stability.
- Profitability Analysis: Analyze the profitability of the organization and its departments, identifying areas for improvement and implementing actions to enhance financial performance.
- Financial Indicators Improvement: Execute actions aimed at improving the organization's financial indicators, such as revenue growth, cost optimization, and profitability enhancement.
- Planning: Develop short-term and long-term development plans aligned with organizational objectives and financial goals.
- Income and Expense Analysis: Analyze income and expenses, providing insights to management for effective financial decision-making and resource allocation
- Labor Remuneration Model Development: Design labor remuneration models to increase work efficiency and productivity, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
Required qualifications
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the financial sector.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite; familiarity with AS Accounting and 1C programs is desirable.
- Strong financial analysis skills with the ability to prepare accurate financialstatements.
- Demonstrated expertise in budgeting and financial planning.
- Analytical mindset with excellent organizational skills.
- Effective communication, problem-solving, and negotiation abilities.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
