Job description:

TERM: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8am to 5pm Eastern Standard New York City time (16:00- 01:00 Armenian time)

DURATION: Long-term

JOB DESCRIPTION: Knights Property Management Inc. is looking for a detail-oriented, organized and driven candidate to assist with property management for its commercial properties in the United States.

ABOUT THE COMPANY: Knights Property Management Inc. is a US Based Property Management Company with corporate offices located in Orlando, FL. The company manages self storage facilities and owns over 45 mobile home parks across 15 states in the US.

Job responsibilities

- Be plugged in Slack daily and be the first point of contact for the on-site managers;
- Be plugged in Trello and communicate with the team on a daily basis. Update Trello upon necessity;
- Properly add payment requests to Podio for timely payment to utilitiy companies, vendors, etc;
- Organize and attend weekly zoom/slack meetings (including KPI meetings) with the team;
- Draft Game Plan for each property and follow up the implementation of all tasks on behalf of on-site managers. Assist and coordinate them when need be;
- Keep track of all rentals in all properties;
- Call on-site managers to ensure they are completing projects assigned to them;
- Work closely with the the Head of Operations, get guidance on how to resolve certain matters;
- Assist the Head of Operations on need be basis and perform other related tasks as required.

Required qualifications

- University degree;
- Perfect knowledge of English, both spoken and written;
- Good organizational, team working, multi-tasking and communication skills;
- Motivated, quality and detail-oriented, open-minded person;
- Full computer literacy including knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Suite;
- Ability to communicate with contractors, US state institutions and service providers;
- Previous work experience in property management will be viewed as an advantage.

Salary: 2000 USD - 2500 USD Gross a month
