GLOBAL INTERNSHIP CHALLENGE
JTI (Japan Tobacco International) introduced Make It Bright, a worldwide competition to inspire fresh talent.
More than just a student challenge, Make It Bright is a 3-step journey tailored to help students and recent graduates to unleash their potential, gain hands-on experience, and make a difference.
The Make It Bright program offers the opportunity to access a week-long immersive learning experience in London.

Job responsibilities
After creating an account on the Make It Bright website you will be asked to complete 5 mini challenges online.
The mini-challenges are designed to test various skills, including creativity, digital skills, innovation, self-awareness, and more...
Each challenge completed will bring students one step closer to the big prize - the (RE) boot camp.
Required qualifications
Main Requirements:
- Applicants must be 20-26 years of age, in case of studying, they will have to be enrolled in their last years of studies
- Candidates should have less than two (2) years of full-time employment. This excludes internships, apprenticeships, summer job experiences, and self-employment.
- Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal forms.
- Be open to and available for global travel (either short-term or long-term) as may be required during the Challenge.
- There is only one (1) entry per person per Challenge. An account is individual and cannot be created on behalf of a third party.
- All Participants must have a valid e-mail address.
