Job responsibilities
- Հաճախորդների կարիքների բացահայտում, նոր հաճախորդների ներգրավում, պատշաճ սպասարկում,
- Անկանխիկ գործարքների կատարում ` ընթացիկ հաշիվների բացում և փակում, ավանդների ձևակերպում և դադարեցում,
- Համապատասխան քարտերի պատվիրում և տրամադրում,
- Վարկերի և վարկային գծերի դիմումների ընդունում,
- Հաճախորդների տվյալների կառավարում, թարմացում, հավանական հաճախորդների մասին տեղեկատվության հավաքագրում։
Required qualifications
- Բարձրագույն կրթություն (ցանկալի է տնտեսագիտության կամ հարակից ոլորտներում),
- Աշխատանքային փորձը ֆինանսաբանկային ոլորտում կդիտվի որպես առավելություն,
- Հայերենի, անգլերենի և ռուսերենի լավ իմացություն,
- Հաճախորդակենտրոն մոտեցում,
- Արդյունավետ վաճառքի հմտությունների և տեխնիկաների տիրապետում,
- Ներազդման և բանակցություններ վարելու գերազանց հմտություններ,
- Թիմում աշխատելու և համագործակցելու հակվածություն,
- Ճկունություն և արագ կողմնորոշվելու ունակություն։
