Job responsibilities
- Lead and manage the licensing process for new products, services, and markets, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations.
- Coordinate and oversee all aspects of legal projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closing, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and budget.
- Collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and regulatory bodies, acting as the primary legal liaison on project-related matters.
- Develop and implement project management methodologies, tools, and best practices tailored to the legal context of Web3 and blockchain technologies.
- Conduct risk assessments for projects, identifying potential legal issues and developing strategies to mitigate these risks.
- Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, including contracts, licenses, compliance reports, and project plans.
- Stay abreast of developments in blockchain, cryptocurrency, and related legal and regulatory landscapes to inform strategic decision-making and project planning.
Required qualifications
- A law degree from an accredited law school is a must.
- Proven experience in project management within a legal context, preferably in the technology, FinTech, or Web3 sectors is preferred.
- Strong understanding of the regulatory environment and licensing processes related to blockchain technology and digital assets is preferred.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with project management software and tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to excellence and high standards of integrity.
