Job responsibilities
- Պլանավորել ռեստորանի աշխատակազմի աշխատանքը,
- Հետևել անձնակազմի աշխատանքների կազմակերպմանը, աշխատողների աշխատանքային կարգապահությանը, սանիտարահիգիենիկ կանոնների, անվտանգության տեխնիկայի կանոնների պահպանմանը,
- Վերահսկել սրահի բոլոր աշխատողների կողմից իրենց պարտականությունների կատարումը,
- Վերահսկել սրահի աշխատանքը և առավելագույնս նպաստել հաճախորդների պահանջմունքների բավարարմանը՝ ապահովելով ռեստորանի հյուրերի սպասարկման որակը,
- Արագ և գրագետ արձագանքել հաճախորդների բողոքներին և առաջարկություններին,
- Գնահատել աշխատակազմի աշխատանքը՝ իրականացնելով և ապահովելով նրանց արտադրողականությունն ու սպասարկման որակը բարձրացնող մոտիվացիոն ծրագրեր,
- Կազմակերպել ու վերահսկել բոլոր կառուցվածքային ստորաբաժանումների փոխհամագործակցությունը,
- Իրականացնել պաշտոնից բխող այլ գործառույթներ:
Required qualifications
- Բարձրագույն կրթությունը և աշխատանքային փորձը ռեստորանային ոլորտում կդիտվի որպես առավելություն,
- Ղեկավարման փորձ՝ 1-2 տարի
- Ռուսերեն լեզվի գերազանց իմացություն
- Հաղորդակցման ունակություն և բարդ իրավիճակներում մարդկանց հետ շփվելու կարողություն,
- Ուղղորդման ունակություն և կազմակերպչական հմտություններ,
- Պատասխանատվության զգացում և աշխատանքի նկատմամբ բարեխիղճ վերաբերմունք,
- Արագ կողմնորոշվելու, ինքնուրույն որոշումներ կայացնելու ունակություն, մտքի և վարքի ճկունություն։
