Job description:
- Contributes to the implementation of the ORM tools (RCSA, ORAP, LDB, KRIs, Scenario Analysis) noting that special focus on one or more tool might be applied;
- Providing continuous oversight over Oprisk losses as they occur, assisting the reporting parties in completing the OREN forms by conducting a complete root cause analysis, drafting recommendations and escalating (if needed);
- Ensuring a complete and up-to-date LDB (loss database) for all reported oprisk incidents and related losses;
- Preparing quarterly dashboards and following up on updates and remedial measures;
- Coordinating the risk analysis activities for products, processes, activities and systems with the risk & control owners through facilitated risk reviews/workshops such as Risk & Control Assessment & Risk Mapping whether in presence or through web meetings and using other communication channels such as emails, phone calls;
- Analyzing operational risk data generated out of the risk review administering & documenting the risks results and developing control enhancement where necessary;
- Tracking implementation of the recommended measures and related action plans;
- Preparing periodic status report on remedial actions/recommendations resulting from the RCA exercise;
- Preparing risk comments on received business cases;
- Deriving KRIs and KCIs for key business activities/processes;
- Assisting in the development and completion of Scenario Analysis for Operational Risks;
- Providing assistance and support on various ad hoc risk tasks;
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Required qualifications
- BA or MBA Degree in Business related fields
- 2 years of related experience
- Audit experience is preferable
- Working knowledge of risk assessment methodologies is an asset
- Ability to analyze information, generate key facts and develop studies &/or execute reports
- Experience in banking operations (Front &/or Back)
- Office suite software especially:
- Spreadsheet software (e.g. Microsoft Excel)
- Word processing software (e.g. Microsoft Word)
- Presentation software (e.g. Microsoft PowerPoint)
