Job description:
As a software sales specialist, you proactively engage with customers and leads daily to promote the company's software, products, and services. You must be confident in your ability to interact with customers in person, remotely, via phone, or online and consistently deliver persuasive sales pitches that drive business growth.

Job responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Act as trusted advisors, offering expertise and support throughout the sales process
- Fostering long-term relationships with customer loyalty and driving repeat business
- Developing and implementing sales strategy, new business, and client development
- Work closely with the sales consultant team to identify potential clients.
- Having a complete understanding of "ITResources" products and/or services.
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in selling enterprise software services.
- Strong background and experience in information technology product sales.
- Familiar with the software/product development life cycle.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to different situations and personalities.
- Solid knowledge of market trends, competitors, customer needs, and the technical features and benefits of products or services.
- Having experience as a hunter searching for new opportunities - growing the consulting sales pipeline is a must.
- Having experience consulting and/or managed services solutions.
Required candidate level: Mid level
Additional information
Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in related discipline and/or equivalent professional work experience.
- Advanced degree preferred
Language:
