Job description:
Imagine Live is looking for a Shift Manager to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing live casino daily operations to make sure everything is in line with departmental regulations and guidelines.

Job responsibilities
- Supervise Pitbosses and Floor Supervisors throughout the shift
- Set performance metrics for team members and work with them to ensure all metrics are met
- Do not allow anyone who does not have access to the studios to enter the studios
- Make sure studios’ operations are in line with organization’s regulations and guidelines
- Resolve operational problems and troubleshoot issues as they arise during the shift
- Make and present reports on the performance and attendance of the staff members based on KPI's
- Make efficient communication with subordinates and with other departments
- Provide effective feedback to management, as well as to team members regarding their performance
- Maintain inventory control
- Support employees with trainings and development activities
- Inspire and motivate team members
- Perform other tasks assigned by the direct manager
Required qualifications
- Previous land-based and/or online supervisory casino experience
- Leadership and communications skills
- Conflict management skills
- Ability to prioritize
- Fluent in Armenian and English
Required candidate level: Senior
