RED Invest Group is searching for a creative and results-driven Social Media Marketing Specialist with basic design skills to join our marketing team. In this role, you'll be integral in developing and executing social media activities to enhance our brand, engage our audience, and drive business growth across various social platforms.

Job responsibilities
Social Media Strategy:
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media marketing content aligned with overall marketing goals.
- Stay current with industry trends, social media algorithms, and best practices to continually optimize our social media efforts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integrated and cohesive marketing campaigns.
Content Creation:
- Create engaging and visually appealing social media content, including text posts, images, videos, and interactive elements.
- Plan and schedule social media posts to maintain a consistent and active online presence.
- Work with graphic designers and content creators to produce compelling visuals and multimedia content.
Community Engagement:
- Manage and grow our social media communities on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and others.
- Develop and execute strategies to increase user-generated content and brand advocacy.
Paid Social Advertising:
- Plan and manage paid social advertising campaigns on platforms like Facebook Ads and Instagram Ads.
- Conduct audience targeting, ad creation, and budget management to optimize ROI.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) using social media analytics tools.
- Prepare regular reports to assess the effectiveness of social media campaigns and provide actionable insights for improvement.
- Identify trends and opportunities for growth based on data analysis.
Required qualifications
- Proven experience in social media marketing.
- Basic design skills.
- Proficiency in social media management tools and advertising platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with an eye for design and visual storytelling.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Exceptional time management and organizational abilities.
- Experience in hospitality or sales spheres is a plus.
