We are looking for a talented and passionate Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the overall social media strategy and executing campaigns across various social media platforms.

Job responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversion across various social media platforms.
- Collaborate with Digital Marketing Specialist
- Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices
- Collaborate with designers to develop visually appealing and impactful social media assets.
- Regularly track, analyze, and report on social media key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Identify and engage with influencers (Bloggers) and brand advocates to amplify brand messaging and drive organic growth.

Required qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
2. Proven work experience as a Social Media Marketing Specialist or similar role.
3. Demonstrable experience in developing and executing successful social media campaigns.
4. Deep understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
5. Proficient in social media management and analytics tools.
6. Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
8. Creative thinker with the ability to produce engaging and impactful content.
9. Ability to multitask and prioritize projects in a fast-paced environment.
10. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
11. Knowledge of SEO principles and how they apply to social media is a plus.
