Job responsibilities

This is a full-time on-site role for a Store Manager located in Yerevan, Armenia. The Store Manager

• will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks associated with store management
• overseeing customer satisfaction,
• providing excellent customer service,
• ensuring effective communication with staff and customers,
• managing inventory and merchandising,
• implementing retail loss prevention strategies.

Required qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Experience in store management
• Knowledge of retail loss prevention strategies
• Ability to effectively manage inventory and merchandising
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Leadership and team management skills
• Attention to detail and time management skills
• Previous experience in the retail industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred
