We are looking for a detail-oriented, self-oriented, and experienced Document Operations Specialist to join our dynamic and fast-growing team.

Обязанности
- Ensuring the contract signing process by the relevant companies
- Ensuring the entire process of archiving contracts in electronic and hard-copy versions
- Managing access to the documents
- Supervision of accurate coding, classification of contracts
- Supervision during the stage of signing the agreement, as well as preparing the needed documents based on the latter
- Managing Incoming/Outgoing Documents
- Other functions arising from the position
Требования
- A bachelor’s degree in business administration, information management, or a related field is often required.
- Previous experience in document control, records management, or a similar role is usually necessary.
- Proficiency in document management software such as SharePoint, Documentum, or similar systems. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to organize, categorize, and manage large volumes of documents efficiently.
- A keen eye for detail to ensure the accuracy and completeness of documents.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with team members and stakeholders.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
- Capacity to identify issues and implement effective solutions.
- Ability to work collaboratively with other team members and departments.
