Описание работы

  • Control accounting operations including Billing, Cost Accounting (in coordination with Chief Accountant)
  • Prepare invoices, maintain/check and confirm the payments, salary calculations etc. (in coordination with Chief Accountant)
  • Performs reconciliation on all bank accounts daily/monthly; performs monthly closeout.
  • Cost Control: Monitoring and analyzing costs (daily/monthly), researching to find opportunities to reduce expenses, developing cost-efficient solutions to implement changes
  • Implementing accounting software and automating cost control systems
  • Optimization: Optimizing decommissioning procedures to minimize losses; investigating unprofitable variances and losses
  • Developing financial reporting procedures and systems
  • Maintains accounting policies, updating them as required. Ensure all procedures are followed according to written policies. Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting
  • Prepare timely monthly financial statements;
  • Develop financial analysis of financial statement; Financial and Efficiency analysis of operations and procedures;
  • Writing reports and presenting information to key stakeholders
  • Reporting on requested criteria;
  • Direct the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report variances
  • Provide useful financial insights to help make better decisions about formulating and executing strategy
  • Prepare and analyze accurate monthly financial and management reports, including income statement, cash flow, budget and variance, projections and forecast,
  • Work with executive management to create company budgets, calculating the variance between the budgeting plan and reality, developing and adjusting budgets
  • Prepare a variety of ad hoc financial scenarios as requested.
  • Develop financial modeling tools to provide insight into future financial performance.
  • Participation in audit procedures;
  • Provide guidance and leadership to finance and accounting areas of the organization
  • Additional controller duties as necessary
  • Perform other related duties and responsibilities as required.

Требования

  • 4+ years working managerial work experience in Finance, Accounting or Auditing;
  • Experience with creating financial statements
  • Experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year end close process
  • Fluence in English is a must, knowledge of Russian is a plus (spoken and written);
  • Knowledge of IFRS, Armenian Tax legislation and generally accepted accounting practices, thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
  • Computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel;
  • Excellent accounting software user and administration skills (Arm Soft is preferable);
  • Ability to work effectively with all levels of staff and handle confidential information discretely and professionally;
  • Strong team-player with excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Higher education;
  • ACCA/CFA/CPA and/or another qualification/certificate is a plus.
