SmartCode is a programming training company that has been organizing and implementing programming courses for the past 7 years in order to bring qualified specialists to the labor market.

Currently, we're looking for a Product Management Trainer to join our team.
If you are passionate about the IT industry and want to help shape the next generation of IT professionals, then we encourage you to apply for this position.

Обязанности

Prepare/upgrade training content as per the training objectives;
Conduct training sessions - virtual or in-person;
Observe and evaluate performance of the participants.

Требования

3+ years of working experience as a Peoduct Manager;
Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Engineering or a related field;
Proficient in Agile and Scrum methodologies;
Analytical mindset with the ability to use data and metrics for decision-making;
Experience in designing, developing, and delivering training programs is a plus;
