Are you GAME to JOIN US and be our new Senior Risk Manager?

SoftConstruct is on a search for a new player to join our team.

Обязанности

Develop and implement risk management strategies and policies in accordance with industry regulations and best practices.
Identify, assess, and monitor potential risks associated with the organization's operations, financial activities, and market conditions.
Develop and maintain risk management frameworks, methodologies, and tools to enhance risk identification, measurement, and reporting capabilities.
Conduct assessments to define and analyze possible risks for products such as Sportsbook and online games.
Evaluate and forecast potential losses while determining solutions to minimize or eliminate risks.
Provide guidance and mentorship to team members of the risk management team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.

Требования

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field.
Proficiency in Armenian, English and Russian languages is essential.
At least 4 years of experience in the Finance industry.
Experience in risk management is an advantage.
Excellent Mathematical and Statistical analysis skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and models.
Proficiency in using risk management tools and software applications.
Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail.
Proven leadership and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks.
Strong understanding of financial markets, instruments, and products.
