A dynamic international IT company is looking for an additional employee in the sales department due to business expansion.


Job responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Written and verbal negotiations with customers aimed at closing deals and providing customers with necessary information on already closed deals
  • Resolving all disputes concerning contract terms, scope of work, and schedules
  • Promptly responding to all current customer inquiries
  • Entering and updating information related to all company deals in the CRM
  • Creating necessary documentation (scopes of work, agreements, etc.)
  • Conducting analysis and preparing reports on deals
  • Communicating with other company departments on issues related to resources, finances, documentation, etc., to ensure quality planning and execution of deals

Required qualifications


Qualifications and skills:

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a sales or customer service role
  • English: C1-C2 level required
  • Strong customer service skills - putting customer experience first and foremost
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Proactive and a fast learner. Adaptable and thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Analytical and critical thinking
  • Process-driven with the ability to raise and solve process-related problems

Required candidate level: Mid level

Additional information

Compensation and benefits:

  • Compensation: to be approved based on interview. Target $2000 gross monthly
  • Commission on closed deals
  • Ability to earn one-time and annual bonuses (subject to company policies)
  • Compensation for additional education and sports
