Are you GAME to JOIN US and be our new Advertising Sales Executive?

SoftConstruct is on a search for a new player to join our team.

Job responsibilities

Identify and target potential clients interested in advertising opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their advertising needs and objectives.
Present advertising solutions and proposals to clients, tailored to their specific requirements.
Negotiate advertising rates and terms with clients to secure contracts and deals.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the effective delivery of advertising campaigns.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals set by the company.

Required qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
At least 4 years of proven experience in advertising sales or a similar role, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets.
Excellent communication and presentation skills in the English language.
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities, with a customer-centric approach.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics to drive decision-making.
Highly organized with excellent time management skills, able to prioritize tasks effectively.
Adaptability and resilience to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
