Job description:
The Public Television Company of Armenia is inviting an assistant of the Department of Political Programs to join its team, who will be responsible for the document circulation related to the political editorial office and the reception of guests, and will also be involved in the planning of shootings.

Job responsibilities
- Compile the agenda of meetings and phone calls of the head of the Political Programs Department, schedule meetings
- Implementation of the document circulation of political editorial office, in paper and electronic form
- Prepare purchase requisitions and applications, business trips (including foreign ones), monitor their progress, make changes if necessary
- Draw up handover-acceptance acts, follow up the whole process
- Compile material cost reports
- Organize reception of guests
- Participate in program shooting planning
- Perform other work arising from official duties
Required qualifications
- Higher Education
- Knowledge of Armenian, English, Russian
- Administrative skills
- Ability to navigate quickly
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Sense of responsibility
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point).
- Knowledge of the Mulberry system would be considered as an advantage
