Digitain is looking for a Business Analyst to join our growing team.

Job responsibilities
- Study and analyze business requirements for new and existing products and systems
- Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions
- Define and document customer business functions and processes
- Assist with the business case, eliciting requirements
- Formulate and define systems scope and objectives through research and fact-finding combined with an understanding of applicable business solutions and business requirements
- Collaborate with data engineers to implement business needs and requirements in data bases and data warehouse
- Analyze, identify and write detailed description of user requirements, program functions, and steps required to develop or modify computer programs
- Make recommendations for business process improvements with a thorough understanding of technical problems and solutions as they relate to the technology needs
- Act as a liaison between business and IT. Develop and maintain knowledge of customer's business
- Utilizing IT data for business insights.
- Perform SQL queries for data validation
- Formulate systems to parallel overall business strategies.
Required qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in business or related field or an MBA
- At least 3 years of demonstrated experience querying and analyzing complex data sets
- Strong knowledge of business information data sources and business data rules
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Russian languages
- Ability to work with a team of Product Managers, Developers through all stages of the software development cycle
- Knowledge of MS Office (proficiency with Microsoft Power Point and Excel)
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and research skill
- Experience in gaming (will be a plus)
