We at Business Solutions LLC are in search of Call Center Agents to join our friendly team and provide the highest level of service to our customers.

Job responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls;
- Make outgoing calls and provide customers with the requested information;
- Identify and resolve customer complaints in coherence with the company’s standards;
- Route calls to appropriate resources in order to provide excellent customer service to customers;
- Complete call logs and reports;
- Identify, escalate priority issues and report to the high-level management;
- Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner;
- Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives;
- Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way and based on the standard operating procedures;
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Required qualifications
- Excellent data entry and typing skills;
- Excellent knowledge of English
- Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills;
- Ability to handle stressful situations appropriately;
- Experience in a relevant field will be considered a plus
- Attention to details;
- Responsibility and ability to work independently as well as in a team:
Required candidate level: Mid level
Additional information
We work 6 days a week/7 hours a day with the following shifts (Sundays are off):
- 6pm - 1 am
- 9pm - 4am
- 11pm - 6am
