Job responsibilities
What you will do:
From a strong and long-term career creation perspective, nowadays it a great plus to have an experience in Payment and Cards Industry.
Working in a Cards and Payments System, jobholder will create a huge image of Banking Industry, will understand all the working mechanisms, and will have a strong knowledge base for further Banking operations processing.
Beside of professional knowledges, working in a HSBC will give a huge set of soft skills for easier problem solving, communications and decision making.
In this role you will:
- Accurate and timely processing of card products in Smart Vista, ArmSoft and ABS (new card capturing, reissue, product change, replacement, card data change, ABS maintenance)
- Closure maintenance in ArmSoft
- ATM and Credit Card embossing, enveloping and distribution, retained card checking and registration, card stock balancing
- Credit card related issue investigations
- Department Policies and procedures
- Issuing related report monitoring
- Other Cards processing related tasks
Required qualifications
You should apply if you have:
- Good written and verbal communication, presentation, and negotiations skills in both English and Armenian
- Being flexible and easy adopting to changes, quick learner.
- Ability to solve issues independently.

HSBC Armenia Brings New Year Joy to Rural Children
New Year's dreams come true. Every year hundreds of children from Armenian different regions believe in New Year's miracles receiving gifts from Santa Claus thanks to "HSBC Bank Armenia" CJSC (hereinafter HSBC Armenia / Bank).
Since 2007, as part of the HSBC Youth Opportunities Programme, HSBC employees around the world have been purchasing toys for children from disadvantaged backgrounds and delivering them to the offices of local partner charity organisations.
The employees of HSBC Armenia enthusiastically take part in this project ahead of the New Year celebrations. They visit the regions, distribute gifts and help create an unforgettable day for the children who believe in Santa.
