Merit Media consists of a highly skilled team of adept content creators, SEO specialists, and online marketers who are driven by the same passion – to work closely with clients, generating long-term positive results.
We carry out a vast range of operations for our clients, anything from filling it with content to performing SEO audits, and long-term SEO campaigns.

Job responsibilities
• Provide clerical support and assist the Client Service Team/Operations.
• Offer customer care/support with technical troubleshooting.
• Demonstrate impeccable telephone etiquette and effective client management skills.
• Organize and manage client records with accuracy.
• Update and maintain various reports, client databases, and platforms.
• Support ad hoc projects assigned by the Department Head.
Required qualifications
• Post-secondary education, preferably with 1-2 years of experience in the service field (an advantage).
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Mandarin is mandatory
• Proficient Chinese typing skills (40wpm); English typing skills (60wpm).
• Must be responsible, mature, and detail-oriented.
• Strong team player with self-initiative and a good numerical sense.
• Available for 13:00-21:00 shift work.
