Job description:
LMS LLC is looking for motivated individuals who want to work in an international company and receive a high salary.
We offer the position of Credit portfolio collection specialist, to work with customers with overdue loans and to carry out debt collection.
Work schedule: (09:00-18:00/11:00-20:00)

Job responsibilities
- Conduct communication with debtors for the purpose of debt collection,
- Customer database management,
- Provide relevant information to debtors,
- Ensure effective communication with debtors,
- Offer debtors situational solutions for the purpose of debt collection.
Required qualifications
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills,
- Ability to work with confidential information,
- Ability to work in stressful situations,
- Computer skills, internet knowledge,
- Excellent problem-solving ability,
- Excellent knowledge of Armenian,
- Customer service experience is desirable,
- Higher education is not required.
Required candidate level: Mid level
