Job description:

TokenWin is an innovative crypto casino company with a diverse international team. We’re growing rapidly and plan to expand our current team of 50 to about 150 in the next six months.

We are currently seeking a CRM Specialist, who will be responsible for creating effective CRM activities and campaigns, and conducting relevant reports. The CRM Specialist will play a crucial role in developing and implementing strategies to enhance customer engagement, retention, and loyalty.

Job responsibilities

Setup and execute send-outs in collaboration with the internal and external stakeholders based on brand and product specific roadmaps.
Organize segmentation lists to prepare for the execution of communication content.
Set up campaigns on desktop and mobile across brands.
Compile and raise creative design briefs to the designers.
Set up and report on A/B tests on a regular basis.
Continuously evaluate and report on send-outs in collaboration with all stakeholders.
Suggest new ways to create more effective campaigns and CRM activities.
Ensure timely delivery and flawless quality on all tasks handled.
Analyze and work on the continuous improvement of working processes
Prepare continuous promotion analytics and reports as necessary.

Required qualifications

Degree in Marketing, Mathematics, Economics, or other related fields.
Proven CRM experience in the Gaming industry.
Experience with email marketing platforms and marketing automation tools.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Knowledge and experience with MS Excel.
Ability to create reports and summarize data.
Excellent communication and collaborative team working skills.
Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality work.
Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
