Job responsibilities
What you will do:
- The jobholder should contribute to the extent possible to the bank teamwork, create positive and inspiring atmosphere, supporting team environment
- Deal with a variety of business in an environment with continuously changing requirements;
- Learn relevant policies and procedures and ongoing follow up of its changes/updates;
- Ability to work under significant pressure in a multi-task environment ensuring required accuracy and quality of the output;
In this role you will:
- Carry out and responsible for HBAM On-Site store documentation filing, record keeping, passing out according to current Procedures
- Filing of all types of a/c packages, and be responsible to complete the department’s files and ensure that they are maintained accurately and in good order;
- Carry out different tasks assigned by Line Manager
- Provide administrative support to the team members as well as liaising with colleagues from various departments in HBAM as required;
- Display at all times strong teamwork spirit, motivation, ready to learn more and live up to HSBC values and the associated behaviours and business principles;
Required qualifications
You should apply if you have:
- Demonstration of a flexible approach to change and the ability to communicate and gain commitment to change;
- Communicable, detail oriented, open to learn, work with a lot of information and have quality not to disclose information outside of the Bank;
- Creating innovative ideas, a positive and balanced outlook with the ability to make decisions;
- Proven ability to prioritize tasks;
- Fluency in Armenian, English and Basic in Russian languages;
- Good communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work under pressure.

HSBC Armenia Brings New Year Joy to Rural Children
New Year's dreams come true. Every year hundreds of children from Armenian different regions believe in New Year's miracles receiving gifts from Santa Claus thanks to "HSBC Bank Armenia" CJSC (hereinafter HSBC Armenia / Bank).
Since 2007, as part of the HSBC Youth Opportunities Programme, HSBC employees around the world have been purchasing toys for children from disadvantaged backgrounds and delivering them to the offices of local partner charity organisations.
The employees of HSBC Armenia enthusiastically take part in this project ahead of the New Year celebrations. They visit the regions, distribute gifts and help create an unforgettable day for the children who believe in Santa.
