Job description:
Customer relationship specialist will deliver exceptional support, build strong client relationships, and drive successful account activations to enable individuals to begin their forex trading journey with confidence.
Our office is located in a center of Yerevan, on Nalbandyan street. We have other international offices. The company is operating in Yerevan from 2022. Current staff consists of 35 employees, tending to add more professionals.
Company is providing some payable day offs, very competitive health insurance, team building activities.

Job responsibilities

Make calls with direct and indirect leads and write comments in the system.

Filter registered leads and introduce the potential leads to activation team by call.

Reporting to the team lead.

Close cooperation with the marketing department.

Make outbound calls to follow up on client inquiries, account status updates, and promotional offers.

Collaborate with other departments such as Sales, ASM s, Marketing, BD.

Utilize CRM software to document customer interactions, update client profiles, and maintain accurate records of communication and transactions.

Do all extra requested necessary tasks in urgent moments.
Required qualifications

Have a high school diploma or equivalent.

Consider getting an associate degree in business administration or a related field.

Gained experience in customer service or sales.

Network with people in the industry.
-
Courses, certificates or workshops on account management and customer relationship management (CRM) will be an asset.

High level of communication and interpersonal skills.

Be prepared to work hard and learn new things.

Be ready to run lives on social media under company’s name, present company’s products and updates

Excellent Farsi is required. Good knowledge of English, and any other language would be an asset.
Required candidate level: Junior
Salary: From 350000 AMD Net a month
