Job description:
We’re looking for an experienced, motivated and qualified candidate for the position of Customer Service Specialist to join our growing team.
PLEASE NOTE THE WORKING HOURS: 7pm - 4 am.
WORKING DAYS: 5 days in a week.

Job responsibilities
- Making and receiving customer calls
- Respond to customer queries via email and chat
- Provide detailed information about the products
- Help customers with questions, give information about products and services
- Registration and processing of received calls
Required qualifications
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills,
- Fluent English,
- High sense of responsibility,
- Hardworking, initiative and flexible personality,
- Excellent teamwork skills,
- Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment,
- Being motivated to take challenges and learn new
Required candidate level: Mid level
