To achieve this goal, the Company pays great attention to the role of Customer Service Specialists and is offering young professionals the vacant position of Customer Service Specialist.

The successful candidate will have an opportunity to cooperate with leading organizations of the Armenian economy, their employees and executive staff. On-job training will be provided for the candidate by the head of the corporate customers’ service department and other team members, assuring the candidate’s integrity to a professional and dynamic team of INGO ARMENIA. Customer Service Specialist is responsible for servicing his/her clients according to the list of job responsibilities presented below. Later, at a higher level of professional development Customer Service Specialist should have his/her input in the development of new insurance programs for customers.

Job responsibilities

  • Service customers, provide consultations
  • Negotiate with customers and prepare insurance contracts
  • Accept phone calls and letters, provide answers to them
  • Excellent knowledge of insurance contracts
  • Explain to customers insurance contracts and procedures
  • Customers’ debts monitoring and supervision
  • Respond to complaints and resolve them

Required qualifications

  • University Degree in Business Administration, Insurance, Economics or Finance
  • Excellent knowledge of Armenian, English and Russian languages
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Good analytical skills
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office and ability to quickly adapt to new software application
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Ability to work with tight deadlines
  • Ability to handle confidential issues
