This time, we have an opportunity for a Customer Support . We seek a passionate and skilled Mid-Level Customer Support to join our tech team and implement and provide ongoing support to our global customer base.


Job responsibilities

You will work closely with our engineering team and the technical support of our international partners to help solve complex problems.

This involves technical troubleshooting and functional requirements gathering. It requires an understanding of IT system architecture and, eventually, an understanding of financial markets and financial services.


What you'll do:

  • Work directly with clients to help implement and use functionality.
  • Troubleshoot systems with the users, liaising with our engineering team and technical
  • Support our international partners.
  • Support the sales team with new deliveries and new clients.
  • Partner with IT staff on the client side to diagnose and resolve technical issues.

Required qualifications

Must-Haves:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or related discipline.
  • Understanding of financial technologies, especially financial services - an advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills/ English is a must.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Interest in working with customers.
  • Being a motivated team player.
  • Stress resistant.

Required candidate level: Mid level
