Job description:

Deluxe Holiday Homes, a leading Dubai-based vacation rental and property management company, is expanding its footprint to Yerevan, Armenia. We are in search of a dedicated Customer Support Agent to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in fostering connections between our customers and the luxurious experience we promise across over 680+ properties we manage worldwide. Job responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience during every interaction.
  • Handle incoming calls from customers, as well as initiate outbound calls to follow up on inquiries, gather information, or provide updates.
  • Identify and resolve customer issues promptly and effectively, escalating complex problems to higher-level support as needed.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Accurately and thoroughly document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in the company's database or CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to share information, address customer concerns, and contribute to a positive working environment.
  • Follow established procedures, guidelines, and scripts to ensure consistency in customer interactions and maintain service quality standards.
  • Effectively manage and prioritize tasks to meet performance metrics and service level agreements.

Required qualifications

  • Prior experience in a customer service or call center role.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic and other languages would be plus).
  • Genuine commitment to providing excellent customer service and the ability to empathize with customer needs.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think on your feet and find effective solutions.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems.
  • Ability to adapt to changing procedures, technologies, and responsibilities.
  • Collaborative attitude with a willingness to work effectively within a team.
