Job description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Support Agent at BangIts. The Customer Support Agent is responsible for providing support to customers,ensuring customer satisfaction, and addressing any customer concerns or issues. They will need to be able to effectively communicate with customers and team members,document and track customer inquiries, and provide solutions to technical issues.

Job responsibilities

  • Provide timely and professional support to customers via multiple communication channels, including email, live chat, and phone.
  • Assist customers with inquiries, account-related issues, gameplay questions, and troubleshooting technical problems.
  • Guide customers through the registration and verification process and provide information about bonuses, promotions, and responsible gaming practices.
  • Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of our products, services, and the gambling industry, staying informed about game rules and regulations.
  • Escalate complex issues to senior support specialists or relevant departments, as needed.
  • Document and track customer interactions in the support system, ensuring accurate and complete records.
  • Actively seek opportunities for learning and staying updated on industry developments and best practices.
  • Collaborate with the team to improve customer service processes and contribute to a positive and customer-centric culture.

Required qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Empathy and patience when assisting customers, even in challenging situations.
  • Basic knowledge of the gambling industry, including online casino games, sports betting, and responsible gaming practices.
  • Ability to multi-task, work under pressure, and handle a high volume of customer inquiries.
  • Availability to work by 3 shifts [day 9:00 AM -17:00 PM; evening 17:00 PM - 01:00 AM; night 01:00 AM - 09:00 AM]
