As a Customer Support Representative, you will be the first line of contact for our customers or partners, providing them with excellent service and support. The company is international, has offices in Dubai, Cyprus and Armenia. The office is located in Yerevan, Nalbandyan street.

Job responsibilities
- Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, Telegram account chat or any other internal system
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues
- Provide service information
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude
- Meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals
- Document customer interactions, make requested reports by head of the department.
- Share ideas, instruments or articles that can help to raise the department efficiency.
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- At least 1 year working experience in relevant field
- Excellent Farsi, good level of English knowledge, any other language will be advantage
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Required candidate level: Mid level
Salary: From 300000 AMD Net a month
