We are expanding our Compass by staff.am division, and have a vacant position of Data-analytics Specialist.
You will analyze large data sets, produce reports, and conduct research on different aspects of the labor market. You will work closely with the management, peer data analytics specialists and cross-functional teams, providing insights that will shape the future of the local labor market.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about their work and eager to grow with us. We are looking into hiring on both part-time and full-time setting.

Job responsibilities
- Work with the management and cross-functional teams to understand the data requirements.
- Collect, organize and analyze large sets of data from various sources.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate the findings and insights to the team.
- Conduct research on different aspects of the labor market, such as salaries, job trends, and labor market supply and demand.
- Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and visualizations to support data-driven decision making.
- Continuously monitor and analyze data to identify trends and provide recommendations for improvement.
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science or a related discipline.
- At least 1 year of experience in data research and analytics.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Attention to detail is a MUST.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Other details
- This initial term for this role is 6 months, after which you can be offered a permanent employment.
- This is an office-based role. Remote or hybrid working is not an option.
