Job responsibilities

1. Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with the organization's goals, objectives, and target audience.

2. Manage and optimize all digital marketing channels, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media advertising, content marketing, and website optimization.

3. Conduct in-depth analysis of digital marketing campaigns and website performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

4. Monitor and stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to ensure our digital marketing efforts remain cutting-edge and effective.

5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales to ensure alignment and integration of digital marketing initiatives.

6. Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals, providing guidance, support, and performance evaluations.

7. Identify and pursue new opportunities for growth through innovative digital marketing strategies and tactics.

9. Stay informed about digital marketing regulations and compliance, ensuring all campaigns and initiatives adhere to relevant laws and policies.

Required qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
2. At least 5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a managerial or leadership role.
3. Proven track record of developing and implementing successful digital marketing strategies․
4. Strong knowledge of SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media advertising, content marketing, and website optimization.
5. Proficient in using digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, SEO software, email marketing software, and social media management tools.
6. Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make recommendations based on insights.
7. Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to mentor and motivate a team.
8. Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex digital marketing concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
9. Detail-oriented, with a focus on accuracy and quality of work.
10. Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.
11. Fluency in Armenian, English and Russian.
