Job description:

Acba bank is seeking product manager to join our digital product team.

Job responsibilities

  • Identify customer needs and recommending improvements to existing products based on research findings
  • Take part in requirements discovery, solution design, user story writing, feature development, and user acceptance testing
  • Oversee the development of new products from concept to launch, including working with designers, developers, and other stakeholders
  • Lead the development of a digital product (or a suite of such products)
  • Analyze the market to make sure the product continues to offer advantages over its competitors
  • Work with sales and marketing teams to develop positioning and messaging and ensure differentiation from competitors
  • Develop business models and monetization strategies for digital products and services
  • Manage the product backlog and keeping it updated to manage customers' expectations
  • Explore customers’ requirements in digital banking sector
  • Take part in making legal acts for new products
  • Take part in improvement of Acba digital system

Required qualifications

  • Higher education in marketing, management, or other related fields
  • Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Jira, Confluence, Figma
  • Excellent communication skills in Armenian, English and Russian, both written and verbal
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in digital product management or similar role
  • Strong analytical, prioritization, and negotiating skills, ability to learn quickly
  • Experience in usability and customer-focused design
  • Passion for building great products to solve customer and business problems
  • High organizational skills and sense of responsibility
  • Solid working experience with deadlines
  • Be familiar to banking and fintech industry
  • Knowledge of Scrum and Agile Software Development Methodology
  • Basic knowledge in IT will be considered as a privilege
