Move2Market, the largest department store of local brands in Armenia is looking for an Executive Manager with at least of 3 years of experience.

Job responsibilities
— Organize and oversee all operational processes
— Select, train, motivate, and build a talented team, focusing on creating a personnel reserve
— Ensure exceptional customer service
— Order an assortment of new products and brands
— Plan business operations, analyze data and generate reports
—Organize and supervise: product movement, inventory, collection, store openings and closures and internal logistics
Required qualifications
— Strong communication, leadership, organizational and analytical skills
— Results-driven mindset to enhance store performance
— Friendly and attentive customer service approach with a dedication to resolve any issue
— Ability to work effectively in multitasking environment
Required candidate level: Senior
Salary: 400000 AMD - 800000 AMD Net a month
