We are seeking an experienced and dynamic leader to join our organization as Head of B2B Sales. This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional business acumen, strong leadership skills, and a deep understanding of B2B sales and marketing.

Job responsibilities
- Develop and execute the overall B2B strategy, aligning it with the company's goals and objectives.
- Lead and manage the B2B team, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure the achievement of sales targets and key performance indicators.
- Identify and explore new business opportunities in the B2B market, conducting market research and analysis to identify potential clients and industries for expansion.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop and implement effective B2B marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with target customers and brand positioning.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key B2B clients.
- Stay updated with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities, providing insights and recommendations to the executive team to enhance the company's B2B offerings.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, set clear objectives, and develop training programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of the B2B team.
- Monitor and analyze B2B sales metrics, including revenue, profitability, customer acquisition, and retention, providing periodic reports and forecasts to the executive team.
- Collaborate with finance and operations teams to ensure efficient order management, timely delivery, and impeccable customer service in the B2B division.
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field..
- Proven experience in a senior B2B leadership role, with a track record of success in driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of sales processes, marketing strategies, and market dynamics.
- Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and negotiate with key stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision making and insights generation.
- Ability to think strategically and develop innovative solutions to complex business challenges.
- Proficient in using CRM software, MS Office and other relevant business tools.
- Prior experience in the industry is a plus.
