It is an exceptional opportunity to enjoy nature in a worldclass winemaking region, to embrace the locals, and to run this 20-room boutique hotel in Getap, Vayots Dzor, with future expansion to 65 rooms.
You will have a background in operating quality properties with a strong Food & Beverage, Leisure or Spa background. The hotel has various dining and bar operations, and its own laundry.

Job responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to maximize operational efficiency and profitability
- Hire, train, and manage staff in all departments to provide an exceptional guest experience
- Supervise all aspects of the hotel’s performance
- Manage budgets and operational costs
- Maintain high standards of quality in daily operations
- Evaluate the functionality of the hotel design in the long-term
Required qualifications
- Currently or previously be working as a Operations Manager/Hotel Manager
- 3-5 years hotel operations experience required, with in-depth understanding of the hotel / leisure / five star service sector
- Demonstrated knowledge of budget planning and financial control
- Extensive experience with reservations and management software, like Trio Hotel Software or other
- University/College degree in Business, Service or a related discipline preferred
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities, with a hands-on attitude
- Leadership skills and ability to work cohesively as part of a team
- Fluency in Armenian and English required, intermediate knowledge of other languages and work experience abroad a plus
- Knowledge about hotel design, construction and architectural planning with an eye for detail a plus
Required candidate level: Senior
Additional information
We are looking experienced and dynamic hotel manager passionate about the hospitality operation who has the potential to become a GM. The hotel is part of Lele Vayots Dzor project which includes 12 hectares of vineyards, upcoming winery, spa and second building of the hotel are under construction.
