Job responsibilities

•Talent Acquisition: Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, identifying top-tier candidates through innovative sourcing strategies. Your expertise will be crucial in bringing the best talent on board.

•Relationship Building: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs, align recruitment strategies, and ensure a seamless hiring process.

•Employer Branding: Develop and execute initiatives that enhance our employer brand, positioning us as an employer of choice in the competitive job market.

•Data-Driven Insights: Utilize data analytics to drive decision-making and continuously improve recruitment strategies and processes.

•Team Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to design and implement onboarding programs that facilitate smooth integration for new hires.

•Communication Excellence: Craft compelling job descriptions and manage job postings on various platforms to attract a diverse pool of candidates.

•Networking: Build and maintain strong relationships with universities, professional organizations, and industry contacts to tap into emerging talent pools.

•Event Management: Organize and participate in job fairs, career expos, and networking events to connect with potential candidates.

•Policy Implementation: Ensure compliance with HR policies and local regulations, contributing to a fair and ethical work environment.

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.

• Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition.

• Proficiency in Armenian, Russian and English.

• Familiarity with local labor laws and HR practices.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret HR metrics.

Required candidate level: Senior
