An Incoming tour manager should be responsible for the tour programs (both ready and customized), tour budgets preparation as well as communication with international clients.

Job responsibilities
- B2B sales development
- Ensure all necessary steps are being taken from the requests of the tourists
- Attentiveness to the emails of the clients and their requirements
- Act as a contact person between the office and the client
- Handle feedback and complaint in a professional manner
Required qualifications
- Excellent communication skills in English, good communication skills in Russian
- Strong organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word and Excel in particular
- Ability to work in a team
- Ability to meet the deadlines

Salary: 120000 AMD - 150000 AMD Net a month
Additional information
Working days: Monday to Friday
Hours: 09:00 - 18:00
