Relum is seeking a talented Integration Manager to join our team! In this role, you'll be responsible for coordinating the seamless integration of providers and partners, working closely with technical, QA, and business teams to achieve project success within defined deadlines. Your excellent communication and collaboration skills will be key as you delegate tasks to various teams and support partners throughout the integration process. Job responsibilities
- Coordinate the integration of providers and partners in collaboration with technical, QA and business teams within the defined deadlines
- Work closely with providers and partners throughout the project stages, ensuring joint efforts for successful outcomes. Delegate relevant tasks to Development, QA, Operations, and other involved teams by monitoring their timely implementation and required quality
- Review and validate provider's APIs with the technical team and conduct appropriate investigation with the providers
- Provide partners with comprehensive explanations on RGS API documentation and support them throughout the integration processes
- Identify the root causes of bugs and facilitate solutions within internal and external teams for both provider and partner integration projects
- Report on the actual status of projects, potential business and technical risks, blockers, and other critical data
- Analyze emerging incidents and work with relevant teams to implement technical solutions
Required qualifications
- Experience in IT, project management or Service Management fields
- Familiarity with working with APIs is a significant plus
- Strong communication, and collaboration skills
- Strongly developed problem-solving skills
- Intermediate to Proficient level of English, Russian will be a plus
- Ability to work in different fast-paced work environment and quickly respond to changing situations
- Previous experience in the Gambling industry would be highly advantageous
