Job responsibilities
As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for effectively communicating with our valued customers and agents, ensuring that shipments are organized and executed seamlessly according to requirements. Your expertise in the field, coupled with your fluency in English, will play a crucial role in driving our operations forward. Work closely with Nationwide Logistics partners’ support representatives through online chat or phone calls.
- Communicate efficiently with customers and agents in English to understand shipment needs and requirements.

Required qualifications
- Proven experience in logistics management, preferably in the transport industry.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools for logistics management.

Salary: 200000 AMD - 300000 AMD Net a month
Additional information
- Benefits will be applied after 90 days of probation of work.
