The incumbent will be responsible for supporting service of ATMs, payment terminals, clients, and cash collection services

Job responsibilities

• Load and unload ATMs, payment terminals and cash-in ATMs
• Accept, create and approve payment orders submitted by clients
• Process accounting documents related to loading and unloading of the cassettes of ATMs, payment terminals and cash-in ATMs
• Service payment cards via POS terminals
• Prepare receipt and withdrawal documents and respective orders for the valuables carried by the Collection Service
• Create and approve initial cash deposit/withdrawal documents in “AS Operational Day” system for clients performing bulk cash transactions and for Premium clients as well as cash and non-cash FX transactions and initial off-balance-sheet deposit/withdrawal documents
• Receive cash from the vault for transactions and return excess cash to the vault
• Service bulk cash amounts at the cash desk
• Perform recalculation, checking, sorting and packing of the valuables delivered by the Collection Service
• Process, check and sort document packages created during the day
• Arrange archiving of the documents of the Division

Required qualifications

• University degree (4th year; distance education)
• Work experience is not required, but minimum knowledge is necessary
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Knowledge of Armenian, Russian and English
• Honesty and conscientiousness
• Willingness to learn and develop
• Attention to detail, ability to respond quickly
• Team player skills
• Commitment to work and strong sense of responsibility
