Job description:
The successful candidate will be response for the design, implementation and maintenance of Windows/Linux network security systems built on Kaspersky Lab products

Job responsibilities
- Holding on presentations of technical of products (solutions) for partners and customers.
- Solutions technical presale , communication with the customer’s specialist
- Consulting on the use and operation of solutions
- Preliminary study of the customer's IT infrastructure for pilot projects implementation and further integration
- Architecture development based on technical analysis and customer needs.
- Preparation of technical sizing for implementation of solutions
- Pilot deployment, installation, and settings of solutions as in the laboratory conditions, also in the end user’s company.
- Preparing and conducting the program and method of testing (PMT)
- Consulting on the occurring problem with the usage and conducting technical support of solutions.
- Preparing of descriptions, instructions for the technical support.
- Explore and certify new products / disciplines.
Required qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of IT / Information Security solutions implementation and / or technical support experience
- Knowledge of the networking protocols’ principles, the principles of networking building
- Understanding of backup and recovery technologies and processes.
- Practical skills of working with various virtualization environments: VMware, Hyper-V (required), KVM (advantage).
- Experience in installing, administering, and supporting server software and operating systems Windows and Linux
- Storage deployment and maintenance experience (welcomed)
- Knowledge of the server hardware (preferred) and the ability to diagnose and troubleshoot problems.
- Good knowledge of Russian (colloquial and written) and English (technical)
- Working with technical documentation, written and verbal communication with the vendor's specialists
- Certificates would be an advantage
