Job responsibilities
- receive and organize the preliminary processing of documents;
- implement the process of registration and account the outgoing documents;
- provide advice to employees on ensuring document circulation;
- set up and record board and credit committee meetings;
- organize docflow sent from courier service;
- implement other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Required qualifications
- university degree in finance;
- at least one year of professional experience (experience in financial field will be a plus);
- ability to navigate and be successful in a fast-paced environment;
- initiative and sense of responsibility;
- advanced communication skills;
- good command of Russian and English languages.
