Job description:
The Marketing Affiliate plays a pivotal role in expanding the reach and visibility of the company's products or services through affiliate marketing strategies. They are responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with affiliate partners, managing affiliate campaigns, and driving conversions.

Job responsibilities
1. Identify and recruit new affiliate partners to expand the company's affiliate network.
2. Develop and implement affiliate marketing campaigns to promote products or services effectively.
3. Monitor and analyze affiliate performance metrics, such as click-through rates, conversion rates, and revenue generated.
4. Optimize affiliate campaigns to maximize ROI and achieve sales targets.
5. Provide ongoing support and communication to affiliate partners, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
6. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in affiliate marketing, incorporating innovative strategies to enhance performance.
7. Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to align affiliate marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
8. Prepare regular reports and presentations on affiliate program performance for management review.
Required qualifications
1. Proven experience in affiliate marketing or digital marketing, with a focus on performance-based campaigns.
2. Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with affiliate partners.
3. Analytical mindset and proficiency in interpreting data to drive informed decisions and optimizations.
4. Results-driven approach, with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
5. Familiarity with affiliate marketing platforms and tracking tools.
6. Creativity and innovation in developing engaging marketing content and campaigns.
7. Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
8. Adaptability to a fast-paced, dynamic environment and willingness to embrace change.
9. Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field (preferred).
